Welcome to this awesome and quick introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation, design for all of us who are too busy but still want to improve their mind and be the best version of themselves.
Are You ready to start meditating?
This meditation is an experiential explorations of the breath.
This is the first level of mindfulness which works by focusing on one object.
Traditionally we use the breath because it’s something that we all have and it happens whether we do something about it or not, so it is a perfect object to just relax into and experience it fully without many stories around it.
Remember that you always want to track what you are doing and how it’s turning out, so you can clearly see your improvements.
We have created a great template for your logbook. Download it HERE.
You can either print it or you can copy the format into your notebook, your phone or anything you decide to use for tracking.
Tomorrow in Day 2 we will go deeper into the mindfulness of body, where we will be present in full within the boundaries and surrounding of our physical bodies.
Today, I want to know:
What do You see is your biggest challenge to have a regular and consistent meditation practice?
