Welcome to day 5! It’s been a nice last few days right?
Here is the audio meditation for today: Mindfulness of Thought.
The main benefit of this practice is that it will help you understand that You are not your thoughts, that these thoughts are just temporary and there is nothing holding them together but the stories that you build around them. You will realize that no thought has the power to control You, that all thoughts are ok and that You don’t need to engage with any of them unless they serve a constructive purpose.
If practiced regularly, You will start making better decisions, learning to let go of unwanted believes and open room in your mind for really empowering thoughts.
Tomorrow we will get a little more practical and less heady and we’ll be working with anger, looking at anger and exploring ways to stop it.
