As you know, anger doesn’t let you do anything! So way even get angry?
Here is your guided meditation for dealing with anger.
Anger tends to arise as a feeling, both emotional and physical, right before manifesting externally. By learning to identify, you can learn to stop the impulse and transform the energy into kindness, compassion, love. And where there is love, there is no room for anger. They cannot exist in the same mind and the same time. The can push one against the other, but they cannot occupy the same mind-space, as we have seen with feelings, sensations and thoughts in the past few days.
This transformation can only happen by making the new behavior a habit, and this only happens overtime. To get less angry you might want to do this meditation often, and make sure in your day to day life you are not putting more anger out in the world (that means both try to get angry less and less, and making other people angry!).
Tomorrow we are going to talk about the very thing that makes all these possible and how to harness it for our life. We are going to see how our mind, our consciousness, shapes our experience in this world, through our thoughts, words and actions.
What makes you the most angry? and How do You think you can stop getting angry from it!? What can help you?
