Today is the last day of this wonderful meditation mini-journey.I honestly hope that this experience changed your life and gave you tools to practice being present, aware, compassionate and purposeful!

This is the best way to start planting the proper seeds for the life that is available to you, regardless of the circumstances, because at the end it all depends on the content of our minds!
And so it goes, we had reached the end of the beginning of your journey.
If you have reached this point, congratulations! It doesn’t matter if it took you seven days or one month! You went through it and that has merits!
Now, just like a diet or exercise or learning to play the piano, to see the best results, you have to keep at it, every day, or at least 3 to 5 times a week (that is minimum!).
Try it first with the guided instructions, until you have feel comfortable and then try them without the audio, on your own to see where it takes you.
